"The service was impeccable! Jason at the Buckhead location was extremely accommodating. I had a Tarpon 100 and needed help installing all new seat parts. It's pretty tricky assembling all the seat straps and bungee cords if you want to get the backrest to articulate up and down. I talked to Jason and he offered to bring his personal kayak to the store so I could use it as a guide. Looking at his kayak I was able to assemble mine with relative ease. I couldn't be more impressed with the above and beyond service I received. I highly recommend!"
