"I came in to get a bike I bought used checked out. It’s the first road bike I’ve had so I’m still learning and Fred in the bike shop was so patient, kind, and helpful in teaching me about my bike, recommending adjustments and parts, and even places nearby to ride! Incredible customer service! I will definitely be bringing my bike back to be serviced here."
