We seem to be coming to this park more and more often, and for good reason! The fact that this park has a larger playground for kinda to play on, as well as a smaller one and swings, make this park a go to for plenty of fun! With a large amount of space behind the park to run around and play, and also tons of walking paths to venture out on, it is going to be a great time coming to this park in the future!

Very nice piece of nature right in the residential area. I saw 3 turtles sunbathing last weekend. Several short walking trail, great for small kids or daily meditation walk.

I am an avid park enthusiast who visited nearly all Milwaukee County Parks. Jacobus Park hits #4 on my top ten list. Jacobus has everything for kids: playgrounds, wading pool, sand pit, picnic areas, baseball fields, and most importantly hiking trails that are kid-appropriate which take you to a pond and a river. I take my children here often. The only negative is that they have a “no dogs” sign. People still bring dogs here everyday. Either the county has to remove the sign or people need to listen to it. But putting up a rule that is not enforced enables other rules to be broken. Jacobus Park is a must-visit park

Great, free park. Good for families, runners, hikers, or any get together (it has a lodge on site, overlooking the lagoon).

I grew up bear here and love taking my daily walks when I can. It's a great place for kids to learn about nature and have fun.
