"$400 for a birthday party for 12 kids. That would have been fine, but the "host" had an attitude about us coming in a little early to set up, talking crap under her breath. She had the worst attitude. I had to go over to the counter multiple times, where she was laying her head down on it, chatting to the people behind it, to ask her for our passes to the activities, as well as the game cards. It was extremely hot in the facility. They tried to charge me for drinks that they forgot to give us. One of the machines ran out of digital tickets, so my daughter only got one ticket out of fifteen. D"

"My kids enjoy coming and jumping around. There's usually a big crowd since it's very popular. The arcade games are not tu bad;some are out of service but most were fun for my kids ."

"We went there with my daughter recently to spent a couple of hours. While the venue offered a variety of games, I found that they seemed to be primarily designed with a focus on gambling elements, which is not be appropriate for kids. The overall experience did not meet my expectations for a family-friendly environment. Avoid this place for the sake of your kids."
