• • Uptown Players reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone for rude or obnoxious behavior, mistreatment of any staff member or volunteer, use of foul language, public intoxication, photography and/or recording of any type, smoking in non-designated areas, loud conversations during any production, and cell phone and/or pager use during the production.

📅Booking Policy

• • Purchased tickets online will be held at will call.
• • Tickets may be picked up one hour before each performance.
• • Seating will begin approximately 20 minutes before each performance.
• • Latecomers will be seated during appropriate pauses in the performance as a courtesy, but not all performances have late seating opportunities.
• • Check tickets, as performance times vary.
• • Only tickets purchased through the Uptown Players box office or their website via OvationTix are valid.
• • Season ticket holders: Login with email and password to reserve seats.
• • Select seats from map; package benefits displayed will show $0 cost for included seats, $10-20 upgrade charge for non-package seats.
• • Can reserve season subscription seats and purchase additional guest tickets online in the same transaction.
• • To reserve seats with other subscribers, login with each subscriber email/passcode or call the box office.
• • Student rush tickets are available to anyone with a current student ID, beginning 1 hour before the performance at the box office window only.
• • Student rush sales end 10 minutes prior to curtain.
• • Seat selection of student rush tickets is at the discretion of the box office staff.
