"We took the kids January 18, 2025 to play absolutely mistake. We will never visit this location again. We usually go to the Katy location but was in the area so we decided to stop at this one. When we entered I went to use the bathroom and it was beyond filthy. No toilet paper in several stalls except for 1 stall. Blood down the front of one toilet. Feces in the trash can of another one. "We’ve been regulars at Urban Air Sugar Land since they opened, with a long-standing membership for our son. We’ve hosted numerous birthday parties and play dates here, which is why it’s tough to leave this review. Unfortunately, our recent visits have been very disappointing.
