2 months agoWe went yesterday and both my children loved it there. We will definitely be back. I wish they had one closer to us.

2 weeks agoI miss the original owners. Immediately after the new ownership took over, it was clear the gym was never going to be the same. All of the great equipment? Gone. Helpful and interactive staff? Nope. We stopped attending the holiday parties after the first one because the party room for snacking and social resting and recharging became, for some reason, a vendor boutique. Complete with overwhelming scented candles and oils to ensure vomiting from the SENSORY SENSITIVE special needs children. And speaking of... After over a year of waiting for any kind of program or event specifically for older autistic children that never came, I found alternative options. But the icing on the cake came thid morning when I opened the annual "happy birthday free pass" email to find that it was, in fact, NOT a happy birthday free pass. No, it was a "come on in and pay, but if you bring a friend they don't have to pay" pass. We Rock the Spectrum corporate screwed Barb, Jenn, and Nicole out of their franchise, which also screwed those of us that relied on that gym for our special needs children.

4 months agoI enjoy taking my kids to this place; they always have fun! However, I wish they had some email alerts when passes are about to expire because, unfortunately, we missed a few unused passes that expired. I want to point out a great employee there; I think her name was Jen, and she was so kind and actually interested in the fun and safety of the kids. She was managing the space while a large group of older kids came in for after school camp and I was impressed she actually cared about talking with the kids about their day while also making sure they were careful around the little ones. I just love that as most places like these, front desks are normally on their phones lol
