This place is an amazing local and veteran owned business! I was in the market for an Eddyline Sitka when I first called Westbrook. Told the guy on the phone (Fletch, the owner) what I was interested in and he asked me if I wanted to meet at the Hooch to go test drive the kayak and paddle before I buy. I’m glad I did, because while I planned on the ST, after Fletch saw me in the water with the ST he told me I probably needed the LT. He was right. I ordered the Sitka LT, an aqua-bound paddle, and several other things from him that day. Since neither the store or the company rep had the Sitka LT available in blue, it had to be ordered directly from the factory and took a few weeks to get in. However, during that time, Fletch was texting/calling me with updates. During the time I had been waiting for the kayak to be made and delivered, I had moved to Gainesville and was trying to coordinate events down in ATL to minimize the number of trips, including picking up my new kayak. However, when Fletch found out I had moved to Gainesville he just asked one of his employees if they wouldn’t mind running the boat and all the extra gear up to me the very next day after it came in. Huge props to Fletch, Mike, and all the rest at Westbrook Supply.

Fletch and Mike provide a top notch service. It’s not difficult to make an argument to buy local when you have such a great kayak store. Their staff continually test new products and are very knowledgeable about the local waters. If you’re looking for a great place to buy a solid boat, look no further than Westbrook.

Very friendly and welcoming. Great selection and lots of products in stock. Customer service with a smile and went out of their way to help and show me anything. Looking forward to getting my next kayak there and customize it out with their help. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Love this place. You can come in and just hang out or talk about anything. Fletch is a cool guy. Answered all my questions and helped me get the kayak I wanted. I'm very happy and will be coming back for all my kayak needs.
